My Story
My connection to sound and healing began long before I had words for it. As a child, I felt most alive in nature—walking barefoot through the woods, listening to wind and birdsong, sensing the quiet rhythm of the earth. In those moments, sound felt sacred and natural. I would sing freely, offering my voice as a form of presence, listening, and devotion. Nature nourished my soul and taught me that all life moves in rhythm—and that each of us carries our own.
As I moved through life, that natural rhythm became dysregulated. Stress, emotional pain, and the demands of the world slowly dulled my sense of peace. I felt disconnected from myself, as though a part of my soul had gone quiet. What I later discovered was that nothing had been lost—it was simply buried, waiting for safety, readiness, and gentle care.
When I felt called to rediscover my peace and reawaken my spirit, I turned toward practices that honor the body’s innate wisdom.

Through sound healing, chanting, vocal toning, openframe drumming, and massage therapy, I learned how to support my nervous system and restore balance. These practices helped me soften out of overthinking and reconnect with the steady, grounding rhythm already within me.
Sound became both a guide and a refuge. Chanting and toning—simple, sustained sounds offered through the human voice—allowed healing to unfold without effort or expectation. Rhythm, whether through gentle drumming or vocal vibration, gave my body something steady to return to. Sometimes healing came through touch; other times through sound alone. All of it came back to listening.
Today, through Resonance Wisdom, I offer sound healing and massage therapy—sometimes combined, sometimes as soundonly experiences. My sessions may include chanting, toning, voice, gentle rhythm, or quiet stillness, depending on what best supports the body and nervous system in that moment.
You don’t need any experience with sound healing, chanting, or meditation—only a willingness to rest and receive.
My intention is not to fix or force change, but to create a space where you feel nourished, safe, and at ease—so your body can remember its own natural rhythm. This work is for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect, and live in greater harmony with themselves.
I believe healing is about restoring resonance—helping you return to the rhythm you were always meant to live.
